At DipYourCar, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain in brand-new condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and tape it securely to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange is processed.
